Materials

Khasi meat - 1 kg

Potatoes - 2

Onion - 2

Garlic- ৬ Koya

Ginger - 1 inch piece

Tomatoes - 3

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Whole cloves - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Meat seasoning - 2 tablespoons

Hot spices - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon

Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 5 tablespoons

Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Salt- to taste



Preparation method

Beat onion, garlic and ginger together. Grind cloves, cumin and black pepper together. Cut the potatoes in half. Heat 1 tbsp oil, fry potatoes with 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of turmeric powder for 2 minutes. In another pan, heat oil lightly, stir in chilli powder and add onion, ginger and garlic paste. After a few minutes, stir for five minutes with powdered spices, meat spices, chilli powder, turmeric powder. When the spice oil is released, stir well with the meat and add tomato paste and potatoes. Stir a little more. Cook the meat with 2 cups of hot water till it is cooked. When the meat is cooked, sprinkle hot spice powder and coriander leaves and serve. Roast the hot mutton.
